Privacy notice

Who we are

The Road provides car rental and leasing, chauffeur, corporate and event transport services. Our head office is in Al Wizarat, Riyadh 12624, Saudi Arabia.

Information we collect

When you send a request through our contact form, we collect:

• your full name and, if you choose, your organisation;
• your mobile number and email address;
• the service you are interested in, your request, and how you would like us to reply.

When you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive the information you share, such as your number or email address and your message.

Cookies and analytics

We measure how our website is used, such as which pages are read and how visitors contact us, in two ways:

• a cookie-free tool counts visits for every visitor without identifying you;
• our analytics tool runs only if you accept analytics cookies. It stores cookies in your browser to recognise return visits, and records the pages you view, your type of device and approximate location, and actions such as scrolling or using our call, WhatsApp and contact form links.

When you first visit, you can accept or reject analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time:

How we use your information

We use your information to reply to your request, to discuss and arrange the services you ask about, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us run this website and reply to you, with our analytics provider when you accept analytics cookies, with WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to contact us there, and with authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your request only as long as we need it to deal with it and to meet our legal obligations, then delete it.

Our analytics tool keeps the information it collects for 14 months.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us to tell you about, give you a copy of, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, contact us using the details below.

Security

Information you send through this website is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and only the team members who handle your request can access it.
